I accept a variety of Automobile, Work Comp, and Health Insurance Plans. I also accept Medicare. Because there are so many insurance plans and policies out there, it’s hard to list them all here. To find out if I accept your specific insurance plan, just call my office or email me and I’d be happy to let you know.

If you have health insurance that covers chiropractic care and would like my office to bill your insurance company on your behalf, the fees that will be charged will be based on your insurance companies allowable fee schedule.

If you do not have health insurance coverage that covers chiropractic care, as is becoming more and more common, DON’T FRET. I also provide discounted self pay rates and a variety of wellness care programs to suite your needs.

Self Pay Office Visit Fee:
$35 per visit  

Weekly Adjustment Plan:
$100 per month

Bi-Monthly Adjustment Plan:
$50 per month  

Monthly Adjustment Plan:
$25 per month
