Complimentary Consultations
In order to find out if chiropractic care will help you and to see if my
specific methods are suited toward your needs, I provide you with a free no
obligation consultation. During the consultation I will review your health
history, go over any health issues that you may have, and find out what you are
looking to attain from chiropractic care.
Chiropractic Examinations
I provide complete chiropractic examinations, which includes a postural evaluation, a range of motion evaluation, an orthopedic evaluation, a neurological evaluation, and a vertebral subluxation assessment. The
primary purpose of this examination is to obtain a good clinical picture as to the health status of your spine and to assess you for vertebral subluxations. The secondary purpose of the examination is to screen you for any potential pathologies,
which may necessitate a medical referral.
Chiropractic Adjustments
I provide two types of chiropractic adjusting techniques. The first being the
traditional hands on type of adjustment and the second being an
instrument-assisted adjustment. Both adjusting techniques are equally effective
and allow me to accommodate those who like a more forceful/general adjustment and those
who like a more gentle/precise adjustment. For certain people, I will incorporate both
types of adjustments based on individual needs.
Lifestyle Modifications
In addition to chiropractic adjustments, I also provide advice on how to combat the main structural, chemical, and emotional stressors that may be affecting your health. The advice that I give could range anywhere from improving your posture at the computer, to drinking more water, to incorporating more silent time into your daily routine. Because of various lifestyles and the different combinations of stressors affecting people's lives, a teamwork approach is needed to find out what modifications will be the most beneficial for your specific situation.
